When you sign up for parent coaching, we match you to your own personal coach. You then schedule phone sessions using your coach’s convenient online calendar and your coach will call you at the appointed time. You can also send messages to your coach from our secure portal and your coach will respond within 1 business day. Our coaches are trained in The Total Transformation programs and will provide guidance and support to help you with your specific parenting problems.

Parent coaching includes one weekly phone call with your coach, unlimited messaging, and access to all the The Total Transformation programs.

Our coaches all have backgrounds in social work, psychology, and/or education and have worked with thousands of parents just like you. All of our coaches are employees of Empowering Parents and meet our highest standards. Our coaches advise you on how to use the tools and techniques found in The Total Transformation as well as our other parenting programs. Please note that our coaches are not licensed in social work or any other mental health field and that our parenting advice services are not a substitute for professional mental health services.

Children with autism, profound intellectual disabilities, and severe psychiatric disorders are beyond the scope of our coaching services. In addition, we will refer parents to local or other resources if we believe our services are not a good fit for your family’s particular situation.

Go to your account dashboard and click the Schedule a Call button. You will be redirected to your coach’s easy online calendar. Just pick an open time, sign up, and your coach will call you. Watch our instructional video below:

Go to your account dashboard. Click the Send Message button. Write your message to your coach. You will be notified in your email when your coach responds, typically within 1 business day.

Your coach will contact you by email with 1 business day of signup. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have found it’s way there in error (please be sure to identify the email as a not-junk or not-spam email). For Gmail users, check the updates, promotions, or forums tabs. If you still have not heard from your coach, please contact us and leave a phone number where we can reach you.

After your 7-day trial, your online parent coaching subscription will automatically renew at $99 per month, starting from the day your 7-day trial ends. We require a credit card when you sign up but we will not charge you until your trial ends and we will never charge you if you cancel before your trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to your coach through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to your Account Dashboard, click on the Subscriptions tab, and click Cancel. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.

Please review the Terms and Conditions of our services for our refund, billing, and other policies. Coaching customers are permitted one scheduled phone call per week.
